CHICAGO — The emotional wave baseball fans had been riding leading up to the World Series was a powerful one, so much so apparently that one young Cleveland Indians fan decided to get the team's logo and "2016 Champs" tattooed on his forearm hours before Game 7 Wednesday night.

At 6:16 p.m., Mike Nero of Ohio posted the photo to Twitter, which also included the Cleveland Cavaliers' logo, along with the caption, "Some call it bold, but I call it faith in Kluber @Indians #rolltribe."

Nero's Facebook and Twitter profiles say he is part of the freshman class at Ohio University graduating in 2020.

At 12:23 a.m., Nero Tweeted again.

That was about the time the Cubs won the World Series by a single run in the 10th inning.
