WRIGLEYVILLE — Theo Epstein might not be a master of disguise.

The Cubs' team president donned a fake mustache and goatee and baseball cap to hide his face while watching the Cubs play at Wrigley Field on Friday.

The Cubs, who a day earlier clinched the National League Central Title, won the game. Fans went wild and said they were ready to celebrate nabbing the division title.

Cubs blog Born on Third shared photos of Epstein's disguise:

At one point, the mustache and goatee were apparently handed off to Cubs owner Tom Ricketts.

The Cubs and Wrigley Field are 95 percent owned by an entity controlled by a trust established for the benefit of the family of Joe Ricketts, owner and CEO of DNAinfo.com. Joe Ricketts has no direct involvement in the management of the iconic team.
