LINCOLN PARK — Don't miss an upcoming screening of the classic film "Raiders of the Lost Ark" at Oz Park.
The showing is set for 8:30-10:25 p.m. July 8, at the park, 2021 N. Burling St.
For the uninitiated, the 1981 film follows "rakish explorer and archeologist Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford), [who] is hired by the U.S. Government to track down Ark of the Covenant, but must race to find the biblical artifact before the Nazis," according to the Chicago Park District.
The screening is just one of 123 movies playing in Chicago parks this summer.
