Windy City LakeShake Festival In Photos: Country Music, Cowboys & Cowgirls

NORTHERLY ISLAND — Country music fans are dusting off their best boots and cowboy hats this weekend at Windy City LakeShake Festival.

The three-day festival includes performances from Lady Antebellum, Tim McGraw, Martina McBride, Brooks & Dunn along with a bevy of other country acts at Northerly Island.

Fans at the fest were able to cool down with boozy slushies while basking in the sun and warm weather Saturday. Between sets, concertgoers enjoyed playing oversized versions of interactive foosball and skee ball or taking a spin on carnival rides.

Fans were there to enjoy all the acts Saturday, but numerous attendees told DNAinfo they were excited to catch headliner Tim McGraw. During McGraw's set, a fan next to us swooned and said "This is my heaven." Not a bad way to spend a Saturday night in Chicago.
