LOGAN SQUARE — Two Logan Square restaurants are teaming up for a surf and turf "exploration of sea and shore" next week.
Sink|Swim is throwing a one-night prix fixe dinner as part of the Surf|Turf series with Yusho.
The chefs from Yusho will handle the turf, while Matt Danko from Sink|Swim handles the surf for the six-course dinner.
Seats for the dinner at Sink|Swim, 3213 W. Armitage Ave., May 15 are $65 per person.
Seats are limited and reservations are required.

Lamb Tartare, bbq chips, turnip, dried shrimp, chili
SECOND
Baked Clams - tonkotsu, house-made furikake
THIRD
Galbi Pork Ribs - ramp kimchi, sesame, marinated cucumber
FOURTH
Squid Ink Conchigile - silken tofu, chrysanthemum
FIFTH
Salmon Donburri - avocado, house pickles, egg yolk, everything spice seaweed
SIXTH
Miso Tart - matcha meringue, rhubarb
