You should be saying "paczki" like "pownch-key," which is how the word is pronounced in its native Poland. It turns out that's a little hard for Chicagoans to say, though, so DNAinfo talked to an expert to show us how to say "paczki" correctly.

Paczki are filled doughnutlike pastries made to be particularly rich. They are often covered with powdered sugar or icing. They are the centerpiece of Fat Tuesday.
