CHICAGO — Have you ever been so mad you needed an Xzibit meme to express your rage?
Twitter users started posting memes Friday — including the "Xzibit Yo Dawg" meme — to complain about budget cuts to CPS schools and added allocations to charter schools, with many using the hashtag #GrowingUpinCPS.
The criticism comes amid a flurry of news from CPS: Neighborhood school budgets are being slashed, some school start times are being pushed back and hundreds of school bus stops have been cut.
