BRIDGEPORT — Stop by Nana Organic on the Fourth of July for some Independence Day specials.

The restaurant, as 3267 S. Halsted St., will be open for brunch from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., on July 4 and close for dinner.

On the holiday menu, you'll find blueberry cheesecake stuffed French toast topped with gingered berries and powdered sugar for $13.

If you're in the mood for eggs, there's the Triple S Farms Braised Ham Hock Omelet, served with smoked Butterkase cheese and locally-grown spring onions, peas and spinach for $13. The meal comes with fresh greens and homefries.

Then there are the signature cocktails, including the Poblano Bloody Mary, made with house bloody Mary mix, lemon juice and a chili-salt rim. For a more refreshing drink, you can try the Elderflower Lemonade, made from homemade lemonade, elderflower liqueur and fresh rosemary.

Both drinks cost $10.
