CHICAGO — What's old is new again for two Chicago spots that opened last week.

In Wicker Park, a renovated building dating to 1881 opened as a Spanish restaurant

And the historic Chicago Motor Club Building, having sat empty since 2004, reopened as a Hampton Inn. The bar on the ground level has been completely refurbished, close to the original look of the lobby when the Downtown building opened in 1928.

DNAinfo Chicago discussed the two projects on WGN 720AM during Saturday's Noon Business Lunch with Steve Bertrand. Each week, DNAinfo Chicago joins Steve to discuss neighborhood "Openings and Closings" on the show.
