EDGEWATER — Chefs Puje and Tuvshin Sukh have taken over a sushi restaurant Yokozuna and renamed it Blowfish Sushi at 1130 W. Bryn Mawr Ave.
The renovated restaurant opened this week.

Chef specials include Angry Hamachi with jalapenos, Stuffed Salmon with scallops and Crunchy Dynamite shrimp tempura, crab, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber.
