The talented Megan Stielstra discusses why Chicagoans are "resigned" to Mayor Rahm Emanuel's re-election even if they don't support him, and how much has changed since the 2011 mayoral campaign.
The Humbling of Rahm: Another national op-ed piece by a local writer. Carol Felsenthal wonders is a runoff would "humble" Mayor Emanuel — who has a lot more money and name recognition than his competitors.
