UPTOWN — The folks behind the Buena Park Neighbors group are looking for volunteers to give history tours of Hutchinson Street for Buena Park Open Day on July 19.
The Chicago Architecture Foundation will train volunteers starting in the spring. There's no need to memorize each fact, as volunteers will learn foundation's index card system, which contains details on each building.
"Our goal will be to make sure you are knowledgeable and comfortable about sharing your knowledge of Hutchinson Street without making it lengthy or exhausting," the group said in an email.
