EDISON PARK — The ridiculously hideous Christmas sweater you got from your least favorite aunt — and that has been stuffed in the back of your closet for years — could win you $100 in gift certificates to Edison Park businesses.

The Edison Park Chamber of Commerce will host the second annual Ugly Sweater Pub Crawl on Thursday — and the holiday reveler with the ugliest sweater will take home the grand prize, organizers said.

Heather Cherone talks about the pub crawl that rewards people wearing the ugliest of ugly Christmas sweaters:

The crawl kicks off at 6 p.m. at Edison Park Inn, 6127 N. Olmstead Ave., and continues to Moretti's, 6727 N. Olmsted Ave., The Curragh, 6705 N. Northwest Highway, Emerald Isle, 6686 N. Northwest Highway, and ends at 10 p.m. at the Firewater Saloon, 6689 N. Oliphant Ave.

Each stop on the crawl will feature free food, drink specials and raffles.

Tickets for the crawl are $20 in advance at edisonpark.com or $25 at the door.
