UPTOWN— What better way to celebrate Friday's Repeal Day — the anniversary of the day nearly 80 years ago when the 21st Amendment was ratified and Prohibition was scrapped — than take a journey to one of Al Capone's old haunts?
The notorious gangster was said to frequent the Green Mill Cocktail Lounge, which landed on Foursquare's list of the top 15 best historic bars in which to celebrate Repeal Day.
