CHICAGO — Candidates running for alderman had to officially file their nominating petitions by the end of Monday for the February elections, and the final names are in.
In the 29th Ward, incumbent Ald. Deborah Graham faces challengers Larry Andolino, Bob Galhotra, Maurice Robinson, Chris Taliaferro, Deborah Williams, LaCoulton Walls, Lisa Jackson, Zerlina Smith, Oddis "O.J." Johnson, Stephen Robinson and Brenda Smith.
In the 36th Ward, an area that was changed drastically by redistricting that takes effect next year, the candidates are Omar Aquino, Joaquin Vazquez, Gilbert Villegas, Chris Vittorio and Alonso Zaragoza.
