ROGERS PARK — The final vestige of Colm Treacy's North Side bar mini-empire — the Glenwood Bar — is up for sale.

Jameson Commercial has listed the business, including its tavern liquor license, for $599,000, according to a listing distributed Wednesday.

Treacy could not immediately be reached for comment.

One by one over the last few years, Treacy's bars have closed or were sold, including T's and Sofo in Uptown, Sidecar (now Rogers Park Social) and MorseL (now Bullhead Cantina).

The Glenwood appears to have been open for business this week, according to an online promotion for a  Monday trivia event.

In April 2013, long-time manager and part-owner Renee Labrana left the Glenwood following a dispute with Treacy, leading some once-regulars to boycott the bar. Labrana soon after opened bar and restaurant R Public House in Jarvis Square.
