LINCOLN PARK — The Fullerton Revetment project may not have a flashy name, but the $31.5-million-dollar overhaul along the lakefront has many residents excited.
First and foremost, the plan hopes to ease the bottleneck that pedestrians, cyclists and runners experience on the lakefront path.
Second, the renovation is expected to turn the Theater on the Lake at Fullerton Avenue into a year-round cultural staple.
