BACK OF THE YARDS — Nearly 800 miles from the nearest ocean, Chicago's South Side isn't the ideal place to raise saltwater shrimp. 

But two entrepreneurs are hoping that local restaurants and grocers buy into their ecologically friendly — and they claim tastier — shrimp.
