LAKEVIEW — Get ready to ride and seek.

The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free bike scavenger hunt on Sunday. Folks of all ages and skill levels are welcome to bike the neighborhood, seek clues and win prizes.

The event kicks off at 10:30 a.m. at Blaine Elementary School, 3828 N. Southport Ave., where teams will collect clues and a bike map. Everything wraps up around 1 p.m. at Schuba's Tavern, 3159 N. Southport Ave.

To compete, at least one member of your team has to be 18 or older. Minors have to have a guardian with them, and all team members have to wear helmets. Each person should bring his or her own bike and bike lock. And at least one member of the group should have a camera or smartphone to document the challenges.

Registration is required.

While it's a team event, solo riders are welcome.
