CHICAGO — Ever wanted to buy your very own produce case, just like the ones at your neighborhood grocery store?

How about a cheese counter? Or your very own deli case?

Now's your chance.

Equipment from four of the city's shuttered Dominick's grocery stores has been put up for auction by Grafe Auction Co.

Everything from soup ladles to walk-in freezers is for sale.

As of Tuesday, only equipment from the Dominick's in Edgewater, 6009 N. Broadway, had been sold. Among the higher priced items already spoken for were two glass deli cases that were sold for a total of $8,500.

Other stores with equipment up for auction include the grocers' former locations in Streeterville (255 E. Grand Ave.), West Loop (1 N. Halsted St.), and Lincoln Park (959 W. Fullerton Ave.)
