UPTOWN — Loving Heart, a new vegan restaurant that was supposed to open in Uptown on Nov. 1, has delayed its debut.
"Sorry for the delay — we will open in early November," says a sign on the storefront window at 838 W. Montrose Ave.
The Purple Cow ice cream cafe used to be located at 838 W. Montrose Ave. before it relocated to Wicker Park.
There was no indication of the exact date Loving Heart would open. The owner could not be reached for comment.
