CHICAGO — At least three men were wounded in North and South Side attacks early Saturday, police said.

On the Near North Side, two men in their 20s were stabbed 20 minutes apart, said Officer Jose Estrada, a police spokesman.

The first was wounded in his abdomen about 3:40 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Clark Street, police said. He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, but his condition is unknown.

Twenty minutes later, the second man was stabbed in the torso during a physical fight with an unknown man in the 700 block of North Franklin Street, Estrada said. The victim was transported in good condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

The stabbings, which occurred a few blocks apart, were not related, police said.

Earlier in the evening, a 19-year-old man was shot in the leg in Roseland, Estrada said.

The man had just left a party about 12:50 a.m. and was walking along the 10400 block of South Rhodes Avenue, police said, when he heard several shots and realized he had been hit.

A family member drove the teen to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was in good condition.

No one is in custody Saturday.
