Applications are now open for 36 apartments in the Durst Organization's VIA 57 West on West 57th Street.

The Durst Organization says at least a quarter of the apartments will be affordable.

The theater is opening at the base of the Durst Organization's Via 57 West building.

The state's "Affordable New York" tax program will allow Durst to construct the remaining six buildings.

The company bought the landmarked Clock Tower building and adjacent development site for $167 million.

The developer wants to get its design plans approved under current building codes, a spokesman says.

"The Landmark" will open at the base of the Durst Organization's VIA 57 building at 625 W. 57th St.

Durst had originally planned a "micro-grid" to power its buildings on the Astoria waterfront.

Ousia will open at VIA 57, on West 57th Street near 12th Avenue, in October, owner Nick Livanos said.

The London chain will start slinging lobsters and burgers at One Bryant Park this fall.

The building's 408-foot spire is being outfitted with antennas for television and radio broadcast.

Without the 421-a tax breaks, the Durst Organization won't do the full project.

There are slots for 75 studios and one- and two-bedrooms units at 855 Sixth Ave.

Progenics, a company dedicated to treating prostate cancer, is moving into One World Trade.

Applications are due Oct. 29 for affordable units that range from $565 to $1,067 a month.
