Police are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a Sovereign Bank after striking out at two others.

An off-duty police officer arrested an attempted Chelsea bank robber at a West 26th Street TD Bank.

The Chase Bank branch at 2438 Broadway has been the target of at three robberies since June.

A Chase bank branch in Turtle Bay was robbed on Saturday, marking the second such attempt in six weeks.

Ralph Delvalle, 41, who allegedly robbed four banks and tried to rob a fifth around Manhattan, was caught because of fingerprints he left on a demand note.
