In honor of National Health Center Week, the William F. Ryan Community Health Network will host a series of events and health fairs.

Tuesday, Aug. 13 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Ryan-Chelsea/Clinton, 645 Tenth Ave., between 45th and 46th streets

Book fair, free giveaways, healthy snacks and face painting will be offered, along with a chance to make your own baseball card with book illustrator Charles G. Esperanza. Author Tania Grossinger will read from her book, “Jackie and Me: A Very Special Friendship.”

Wednesday, Aug. 14 from 11 a.m. to 3p.m.

Ryan-Adair Community Health Center, 565 Manhattan Ave. at 124th Street, Harlem

The Third Annual Health Fair will feature community partners including Alzheimer’s Association of NYC, Goddard Riverside Community Resources, the city Department of Health's Lead Poisoning Prevention Program, the city's Commission on Human Rights, Phoenix House, Delete Blood Cancer, Get Covered New York, McKesson and Healthfirst.
