The CityParks Foundation provides free fitness programs for New Yorkers 60 years and older at parks around the city.
In The Bronx, the schedule is:
Pelham Bay Park (at Middletown Road & Stadium Ave): Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m.
Soundview Park (Lafayette Ave bet. Boynton and Colgate): Walking on Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and yoga on 10 a.m.
Van Cortlandt Park (Woodlawn Tennis Courts at Jerome Ave. & E. 233 St): Yoga at 9 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and walking at 9 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
