Share your thoughts at a public hearing Monday night on the city's proposal to rezone a 73-block swath of East Midtown to allow newer and larger skyscrapers. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. at Lighthouse International, located at 111 E. 59th St.

Community boards 5 and 6 have until next month to issue their recommendations on the proposal. It will then be reviewed by Borough President Scott M. Stringer, the Department of City Planning, and the City Council. Only City Planning's decision is binding.
