Friends of Frederick Douglass Circle are hosting a Black History Month celebration at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 20.

There will be dramatic Readings by Spencer Scott Barios, Ezra Knight and musical selections by Clayton G. Williams. The students of P.S. 145 and P.S. 241 will also perform among other guests.
