The annual Red Hook Fest, held this weekend, will feature barbeque, dance parties, a parade, performances and more, as they celebrate the waterfront neighborhood with the theme "Rebuild, Restore, Rebirth: Resilience after Sandy."

The barbeque and dance party will be held on May 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at P.S. 15 (71 Sullivan St.)

Then head to the "Red Hook Rebirth" parade on June 1 at 10 a.m. beginning at Coffey Park.

The parade will be followed by a line-up of music and dance performances and a day of family fun from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Louis J. Valentino, Jr. Park & Pier.
