Drug Dealer Rapes and Beats Woman Who Tried to Buy From Him, Sources Say

THE BRONX — A woman was raped and beaten by a drug dealer in Norwood Tuesday afternoon, police sources said. 

The 37-year-old victim was trying to buy drugs from the man near Dekalb Avenue and East 208th Street when she got into an argument with him about 4:10 p.m., the NYPD said.

He then took her to a secluded area nearby before punching her in the face and raping her, according to police.

She was taken to North Central Bronx Hospital, officials said.

The attacker fled and hadn't been arrested as of Thursday morning, police said.

He’s believed to be about 28 years old, 5-foot-10 and 150 pounds, police said.

He has brown eyes and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black sneakers, white shirt, black jeans and a black backpack, police said.
