MANHATTAN — A Staten Island man was arrested for threatening to "kill all the Americans" in Penn Station, prosecutors said.

Mohamed Nasar, 37, was riding in a car outside 2 Pennsylvania Plaza about 12:20 p.m. when he signaled to a passenger in another car to roll down his window Monday, according to the Manhattan District Attorney's Office.

"Are you American?" Nasar asked, according to an NYPD spokeswoman.

The man said he was and Nasar said, "I will kill you," officials said.

"F--k that, I'm going to Penn Station and [I] will kill all the Americans I can find there," Nasar continued, according to prosecutors.

Nasar's car drove on to Eighth Avenue and West 31st Street where he got out clutching a turquoise box, prosecutors said. It wasn't immediately clear what the box was.

The man he threatened called 911 and police arrested Nasar for making a terroristic threat, officials said.

Nasar, who's from Egypt but lives in Staten Island, is being held at Rikers Island on a $7,000 bond, records show.

He was due in court Friday, records show.

He was arrested just four days earlier in south Brooklyn for punching a hole in the bathroom door of a friend's home he was staying at, police said.

He was arrested in Staten Island in April 2016 for a hit-and-run that injured someone, officials said.

Nasar's attorney didn't immediately return a request for comment.
