PARK SLOPE — The new brand of Park Slope condo luxury has come to the corner of Fourth Avenue and First Street, with a "distinctly natural, almost zen-like aura" in a building that embodies the "generational and cultural shift" of the neighborhood and borough, according to a statement from the architecture firm.

Designed by ODA Architecture, the 11-story stylish structure at 251 First St. features a cascade of geometric terraces and amenities including a stroller valet, pet grooming station, yoga studio and a "virtual concierge."

The building still has availability for three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condos at $2.6 million; three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouses at $2.75 million; and four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouses at $2.9 million.

The design of the facade is carried into the 44 two- to four-bedroom units with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors, baths outfitted with Italian marble, and 11 penthouses with panoramic vistas.

The structure was developed by a trio of builders —Adam America Real Estate, Slate Property Group and Vanke U.S. — and includes a slew of upscale features such as two sun-soaked courtyards, a yoga studio, library and a children's playroom.

On top of the standard concierge, a digital kiosk will allow tenants to be in 24/7 access with an attendant to meet their needs.
