The second season of Netflix’s "Luke Cage" filmed in Crown Heights on Thursday, using a Caribbean restaurant in the neighborhood and a sidewalk to shoot scenes for the popular Marvel Comics show.

The show has been spotted in the neighborhood a couple of times in the past few weeks, but has slipped under the radar, using the interior of Glady's restaurant on the corner of Lincoln Place.
But on Thursday — despite using the code name “Tiara” on parking signs and a filming notice to local elected officials — the word got out.
The second season of the show will be filming in New York City for the next several months, according to film shoot-spotter OLV.
The show’s popular first season — set in Harlem — was shot all over the city, including at the Queens House of Detention, the United Palace Theater in Washington Heights and an abandoned church in the Bronx, according to production designer Loren Weeks and location manager Jason Farrar, who spoke with DNAinfo about making the show last fall.
It's unclear if "Luke Cage" will come back to Crown Heights. No filming notices have been sent to the community for future set dates as of Friday. But if they do, locals are ready to try their luck with the stars spending time in the neighborhood:
