WILLIAMSBURG — Score affordable apartments in a new building, some starting at $595 a month, in the heart of the neighborhood, within walking distance of the G, L, J and M train lines, and a block from bustling Grand Street with all the bars, restaurants and shops it has to offer.

Fourteen new apartments in a building with an elevator, an outdoor area, bicycle storage and a laundry facility are now up for grabs at a building at 33 Ten Eyck St. through the city's affordable housing lottery Housing Connect.

Families earning between $22,149 and $57,240 are eligible to apply for one and two-bedroom apartments in the building.

A one-bedroom apartment that rents for $589 a month is available for singles and two-person households who earn between $22,149 and $30,560 a year.

Another eight one-bedrooms will rent out at $929 a month for single people who earn between $33,806 and $40,080 a year, and two-person households earning between $33,806 and $45,840.

Lastly, five two-bedroom apartments will be open for families with between two and four members who earn between $40,423 and $57,240 a year.

Applications to live in the building are due by July 24.
