THE BRONX — A man was fatally shot in the head outside the Sound View Houses in Clason Point Friday morning, police said.
Darren Massenburg, 31, was shot repeatedly in the head outside 1715 Randall Ave., near Rosedale Avenue, about 2:20 a.m., NYPD officials said.
Massenburg, who lived nearby on Rosedale Avenue, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Two men were seen running from the location down Randall Avenue to Rosedale Avenue, an NYPD spokeswoman said.
There were no immediate arrests, police said.
The circumstances weren't immediately clear.
