CHELSEA — A coffee chain that serves up java-based cocktails is setting up shop at the base of a West Side high-rise.

Bluestone Lane plans to open a sit-down cafe in the lobby of The Eugene — a 62-story luxury tower at 435 W. 31st St., between Ninth and 10th avenues.

The chain, which recently opened a similar cafe on the DUMBO Heights campus in Brooklyn, draws its inspiration from coffee shops in Melbourne, Australia.

The new outpost will serve the chain’s signature “coffee cocktails” — including the “Orange Is The New Black” with espresso, chocolate-orange ganache, Maker’s Mark and steamed milk, marketing director Andy Stone said.

Wine, beer, fresh juices and caffeinated drinks like turmeric, beet, matcha and chai lattes will also be on the drinks menu, Stone said.

The food menu is still being developed, but will likely include breakfast bowls and other “light” foods, he said.

The cafe is expected to open at the beginning of August, he added.
