ROCKAWAY PARK — The large residential development planned for Beach 116th Street has a new name — and is pitching "modern living with a touch of Rockaway charm" for its luxury building, which includes a roof deck and gym.

One Sixteen — which was previously called "Seaside Landing" — will feature amenity-laden apartments starting at $300,000, according to its website.

"Crafted with meticulous detail and versatile finishes, these comfortable spaces are ideal for entertaining or relaxing at home," it says.

Some of the apartments have balconies and views of both the ocean and the bay, along with washers and driers in each.

The kitchens are "sunlit" while the "elegant baths" are designed with marbled tile and ample lighting, the site says.

The building will include ground floor commercial shops, a landscaped roof deck and a gym. There will also be parking and additional storage available to tenants.

The Marcal Group, who bought the parcel of land at 129 Beach 116th St. back in 2015 for $5 million, also purchased a lot across the street for its development.

The building — steps from the beach and down the street from the A train — "sits at the heart of a rich, vibrant beachside community," the developers said.
