STATEN ISLAND — A man was shot in the stomach after a fight with his mother's boyfriend inside an Elm Park home on Wednesday, police said.
Emergency workers found the 21-year-old victim with one gunshot wound to the stomach at 317 Granite Ave. at about 11:13 a.m.
He was taken to Richmond University Medical Center in stable condition, a spokesman for the NYPD said.
Police said the 40-year-old suspect fled eastbound on Walker Avenue in a black Mustang after the shooting.
