BROOKLYN — A power outage at the DeKalb Avenue subway station and a stalled train threw the Tuesday morning commute into disarray as the B, C, D, F, Q, R, N suffered delays.
Electrical problems at the same station stranded straphangers on Sunday.
According to the MTA website, the electrical problem halted the B train from Brighton Beach to Bedford Park Boulevard. Downtown D trains were using the C line from 59th-Columbus Circle to W 4th St-Washington Square then switching to the F line out to Brooklyn.
Uptown D trains were going no farther than 36th Street in Brooklyn.
R trains were running on the N line between Atlantic-Barclays Center and Canal Street in both directions because of a stalled train with mechanical problems.
Southbound N and Q trains were stopping at Canal Street.
Con Edison tweeted that their crews were working on the electrical issue.
The transit agency urged commuters to allow more travel time.
