THE BRONX — A security guard was repeatedly stabbed while trying to break up a fight between six men at the Mall at Bay Plaza, NYPD officials said.
The 28-year-old guard was attacked at 200 Baychester Ave. about 11:30 p.m. on March 13 as he tried to calm the group, police said.
He brought himself to Jacobi Hospital, police said.
The six men, who are all believed to be between 18 and 25 years old, fled and hadn't been arrested as of Thursday morning, police said.
