FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A man grabbed a woman's breasts on the 4 train after falling on her when he lost his balance, police said.
Police said the man fell on the 46-year-old victim on the Downtown train at about 9 a.m. on Feb. 5, then grabbed her chest.
The suspect, described as about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, apologized to the woman and sat down.
The victim exited the train at the Bowling Green station and the man stayed on the train, police said.
