DUMBO — But which borough was she born in?

A woman gave birth to a baby girl inside her car on the Brooklyn Bridge early Thursday morning, police said.

Officers from the 84th Precinct in Downtown Brooklyn responded to the call of a woman going into labor on the Manhattan-bound side of the bridge around 1:30 a.m., police said.

When police arrived, the 33-year-old woman was "squatting down in labor" in the front passenger's side seat of a black Ford Explorer, a police spokeswoman said.

Within seconds, the woman gave birth, and officers called emergency responders, the spokeswoman said.

The woman and her baby were taken to Lower Manhattan Hospital, police said.

"They are both doing fine at this time," the spokeswoman added.

The birth was first reported by the New York Daily News.
