HARLEM — Police are hunting a man who scribbled a racially-charged and suggestive message on a planter outside a Central Harlem brownstone, the NYPD said.
Surveillance footage caught the man walking up to the home on West 123rd Street on Dec. 28 around 2:23 p.m. and using a black marker to write, “All White People Suck D--k,” police said.
Police did not say if the suspect knew the home's residents.
