ELMHURST — A diamond shop in the Queens Center Mall has been robbed three times since October — and police are blaming a group of three men for the attacks.

A single suspect first robbed Zales Diamonds inside the mall at 90-15 Queens Blvd. just before 6 p.m. on Oct. 21, running off with jewelry he snatched from a case, police said.

Two days later, another suspect entered the store in the afternoon and fled with an entire display box.

And on New Year's Eve both men, along with a third suspect, entered the store at 8:35 p.m., forced a locked display shelf open and took jewelry from inside, police said.

It's unclear what specific items were taken or how much they are worth.

Surveillance footage from the New Year's Eve robbery shows the three suspects on the mall's escalator.
