Bronx Businesses Pelted with Marbles, Police Say

THE BRONX — About 30 establishments across 10 Bronx police precincts were pelted with marbles to break their glass windows between 7:15 and 8:40 p.m. on Sunday, police said.

The attacks came from a white four-door sedan with tinted windows and began at the Applebee's and Target at 815 Hutchinson River Pkwy. before moving onto other businesses, including the McDonald's at 839 Westchester Ave. at 8:02 p.m., the Foot Locker at 226 E. Fordham Rd. at 8:20 p.m. and a parked vehicle on Southern Boulevard and E. 183rd Street at 8:27 p.m., according to the NYPD.

No injuries have been reported due to the marble attacks, police said.
