FLATIRON — Time's up.

Scofflaw motorists who had only been getting warning notes after being caught on camera driving in select bus service lanes from the East Village to Chelsea will start getting tickets from Monday, the Department Of Transportation announced.

The cameras along the length of the M23 SBS route — which stretches from Avenue C at East 20th Street to 12th Avenue and West 23rd Street — will start issuing tickets to drivers in the bus lanes during service hours which are marked by signs along the route, a Department of Transportation spokeswoman said.

The cameras were installed along with the new lanes when the M23 became an SBS line in November.

Unlike speeding tickets, which can lead to points on a driver’s license, traffic-camera tickets are tied to the vehicle in question and do not tack points onto a driver’s license, according to a statement from the DOT.

The 23rd Street corridor will be the 10th area in the city to introduce automated ticketing for driving in the bus lane, with cameras already ticketing drivers along the following bus routes:

►Bx12, along the Fordham Road SBS corridor
►M15, along the First Avenue and Second Avenue SBS corridors
►M34, along the 34th Street SBS corridor
►M60, along the 125th Street SBS corridor
►B44, along the Nostrand Avenue and Rogers Avenue SBS corridor
►S79, along the Hylan Boulevard-Richmond Avenue SBS corridor
►Q44, along the Main Street-Sutphin Boulevard SBS corridor
►Bx41, along Webster Avenue
►B46, along Utica Avenue, Broadway and Malcolm X Boulevard
