PELHAM BAY — A man who was kidnapped in The Bronx safely came into the 45th Precinct on Wednesday morning but declined to cooperate with the investigation into his kidnapping, police said.

A group of men forced 34-year-old Bronx resident Russell Lowe into a 2014 black Toyota Sienna at gunpoint on Tuesday around 2 p.m. at 2936 Wilkinson Ave. and then drove away going south on Westchester Avenue, according to the NYPD.

However, Lowe safely came into the 45th Precinct around 5 a.m. on Wednesday, and although his kidnapping is still under investigation, he declined to provide officials with details about what had happened to him, police said.

Officers described the suspects as a group of men in their 20s to 30s.
