CASTLETON CORNERS — A pregnant woman banned from CVS for stealing was arrested after she returned to the store and swiped more than $1,400 worth of cold medicine, prosecutors said.
Taylor Milan, 23, walked into the CVS at 778 Manor Road and stole the over-the-counter cold medicine on Dec. 2, according to her criminal complaint.
Milan was arrested on Tuesday and charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny at her arraignment, the Staten Island District Attorney's office said.
She's been arrested several times before at other CVS locations and had been banned from the stores, prosecutors said.
Her bail was set at $3,500, according to online court records.
Milan's lawyer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
