QUEENS — A cab driver groped an 11-year-old runaway after pressuring her to get into his vehicle in Queens early Sunday, according to the NYPD and sources.

The girl was approached by the cabbie outside a Woodside train station at 4:23 a.m. and asked if she needed a ride, police said. She said no.

The driver then got out of the green cab and continued to pressure her, police said. She got in the vehicle because she felt afraid of the man, sources added.

They drove off and the driver leaned over at some point and fondled her breast, police said.

She managed to escape at 30th Avenue and 12th Street, in Astoria, an NYPD spokesman said.

She was taken to Elmhurst Hospital for evaluation.

The girl had left home after becoming upset about getting bullied at school and was headed to a relative's home in Astoria, PIX11 first reported.

There was no description of the suspect.
