THE BRONX — A man heating personal food in a Belmont 7-Eleven microwave told an employee who tried to stop him that he could have him murdered because Donald Trump had been elected president, sources said.
"You f—ing immigrant piece of s—, you Muslim, I can kidnap you,” the man reportedly said. “I have a 15-year-old son who is a Blood who can stab you.”
“That is why Donald Trump is president," sources said he added.
The man commandeered the microwave of the 7-Eleven on East Fordham Road and Arthur Avenue at around 9 a.m. Sunday, police said.
When the employee asked him to stop heating his own food, the man replied “All you see in your life is goats” and threatened the employee with kidnapping or death, sources said.
“I’m a Blood, I can do what I want,” said the man, according to police.
The man — whom police described as a gray-haired, bearded man in a gray overcoat — left with his food and without attacking anyone in the store, sources said.
A 7-Eleven confirmed on the telephone that there had been an incident over the weekend but refused to comment further.
“The 7-Eleven doesn’t allow us to give information out,” he said.
The Hate Crime Task Force was notified of the incident, according to police, but no arrests had been made Monday morning.
